CLOG SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE SYSTEM
A. Check the powerbrush.
1. Remove the powerbrush from the metal wand. Visually inspect for clogs. If you can”t easily look into the intake, try dropping a nickel through the opening that the wand plugs into. with a little bit of shaking, the nickel should fall out through the bottom where the rotating brush is located. If not, you may have to carefully disassemble the powerhead unit to get to the clog.
2. Check the wands for any obstructions. You can clear clogs easily by using a hanger wire, or broom handle.
